Description Postcard of the Gulf and Interstate Railroad's train ferry between Galveston and Port Bolivar, Texas. The railroad operated between Port Bolivar and Beaumont with daily trains until 1930.
Date Not mailed. This card may be before 1923, but since the railroad operated daily trains until 1930 and I have no details on when the train ferry service ended, I am licensing this as before 1978 with no copyright marks.
